Also known as Avenger Haris Johanabas

I'm at my 20 weeks pregnancy, which means we're halfway through the gestation. hopefully this baby will come out earlier than its EDD just like Arwen, because honestly, i don't think i can go all 40 weeks and more.

we had a check up earlier this month when the doctor blurted out the sex of the baby without warning or asking if i wanted to know. the husband was not there during the ultrasound coz he had a car breakdown after he almost got into an accident that evening. so i was there alone, with cold goo on my tummy, looking at the screen where my baby is moving like mad and all of a sudden, the doctor said "OH! YOU'RE HAVING A BOY!". i was "wait, what?A boy? where?". then she prodded around again looking for that penis she saw to show me and couldn't find it. "It was there. Well, you just have to trust me. I saw the head of the penis." but i was sceptical. i mean, yeah i know she's seen and done millions of ultrasounds to know what she's talking about but i have to see it with my own eyes too before i start planning for a circumcision kenduri. and she said "it's 70% positive that its a boy". so now, we're looking into 70% boys name and cutting down girls name to 30%.

so far, our baby has been busy moving around.around 14-15 weeks, i have started to feel its flutterings but now at 20 weeks, soft thuds can be felt from the outside of my tummy, if i paused my breathing and really concentrate. see, i already have a thick pooch of fat post-arwen so to feel the movement from outside at this time, is telling me that the force is strong with this one. it's also telling me that if Arwen's any indication, this one will be more a handful when he starts to walk, so help me God.

that's why i think he needs a fiery name. a very strong name. so, for now, we're calling him Avenger Haris.
